This notice explains how Adam Burton, trading as Front Room Web, handles personal information. I'm responsible for it, and you can reach me at hello@frontroomweb.co.uk or Mowcroft, Potter Lane, Wellow, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 0EB.
This website
This site sets no cookies, has no analytics and collects nothing through its pages. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
If you email me
I keep your name, email address and what you tell me so I can reply and, if we work together, do the job. My lawful basis is legitimate interests, or our contract if you become a client. I keep business records for 6 years for tax, and other emails for up to 2 years.
If I emailed your business
I email limited companies and LLPs about my service, using business contact details from public sources such as their websites and Companies House. My lawful basis is legitimate interests. You have the right to object at any time: reply to say stop and I won't email you again. I keep your address on a do-not-contact list for as long as I run this service, only to make sure of that.
Who else handles it
My email provider, Google, and my AI provider, Anthropic, may process what's needed to do the work. Some of these providers may handle data outside the UK, under their own safeguards. I don't sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how I use it. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
